What to bring
The more of the following you can include in your first message, the faster we can give you a useful answer.
Current platform — are you greenfield, on a white-label, on a custom build, on a competitor's stack? If you have inherited code, that is fine too; tell us what you know.
Region and licence — Curaçao, MGA, UKGC, Ontario, Anjouan, Kahnawake, US-state, crypto-only? The jurisdiction shapes almost every architectural decision.
Timeline — do you have a regulator deadline, a funding milestone, a soft launch date? Realistic timelines beat optimistic ones.
Budget range — even a wide bracket is useful. It tells us whether the right answer is a full custom build, a white-label, or a scoped MVP.
What is failing — if this is a maintenance or debugging engagement, describe the symptom: latency at concurrency, wallet reconciliation drift, payment settlement mismatch, certification gap. Specifics let us send the right engineer to the call.

The output is a written summary of what we heard, what we would recommend, and a rough scope and timeline.
